Randy was a client in REACH’s Vital program. He was born and raised in Seattle and lived outside for decades. With our help, he improved his health and lived in permanent housing. He passed away on January 13, 2021 inside his apartment. The REACH team continues to miss his warm personality as we mourn the loss of our friend.
